General Information 
The participant agrees to Caseking's use of participant's name, entry, voice, photograph, and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and no obligation is implied. This promotion is void where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of the official rules. This is a trade promotion only.

Eligibility 
Participants must complete a valid registration form to be entered.

Prizing 
The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. The will be selected at random.

Conduct of the promotion and selection of the winner is at Caseking's sole discretion, and Caseking's decision is final and binding. Caseking will be the sole arbiter in any dispute. Rights to the prizes are non-transferable. All Federal, Provincial, State, and/or local taxes related to the prizes awarded are the sole responsibility of the winner. No alternative prize, cash equivalent, or other substitution is permitted.

All prize winners will be notified by e-mail.

Additional Terms 
Caseking reserves, at its sole discretion and without advanced warning, the right to modify, change, or alter conditions for entry to this contest, and the prizing offered by both Caseking and its partners. Caseking is not responsible for, and shall not be liable for, late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify any winner. The winner may be required to sign and return a liability release, declaration or affidavit of eligibility, and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within fifteen (15) days of notice as a condition of receiving the prize. By accepting and/or using the prize, the winner agrees to Caseking's use of the winners' name, voice, photograph, and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to return a completed and executed declaration/affidavit or release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
