Detailed information with respect to How to play and prize awarding, and ASUS Terms of Use Notice and ASUS Privacy Policy constitutes part of these Terms and Conditions ("Conditions"). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions. ASUS may at any time revise the Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. You (as defined below) shall be bound by any such revisions.

• The Promotion is held worldwide (“Promotional Territory”) and commences on January 2 , 2015 at 8:00 AM (PST) and terminates on Feburary 12, 2015 at 8:00 AM (PST) ("Promotional Period") .
• Employees of ASUS and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies involved in the Promotion, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons or entities, are NOT ELIGIBLE for the Promotion.
• Those people who would like to participate this Promotion during the Promotional Period (“You”) acknowledge the followings:
  • You shall be the age of majority of the country.
  • You have to log into the Promotion Website via your Facebook to participate the Promotion.
