This PC was built to be used on a 115/120v system (USA & Canada).  It is possible to use it in countries with 230/240v but the power supply voltage switch must be changed and the winner will be responsible to purchase an ATX power supply cable for their wall.  Furthermore, while the shipping will be covered for the winner, your local and federal laws may require you to pay tax (VAT) on the the value of the item and shipping cost as well as customs import fees.  These taxes and fees are the responsibility of the winner to pay.  The value of the system is approximately $1000 and shipping could be anywhere from $30-$150 depending on where the winner is located.  So the taxable value would be anywhere from $1000-$1200. (ie 24% VAT on $750 = $180)
