1. ELIGIBILITY: Grado Labs SR80e January 2015 (the “Giveaway”) is open to all Facebook users that are at least 13 years of age as of the date of their entry. Employees of Grado Labs and their immediate family members (mother, father, sibling, child) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Users must have a Facebook account and complete the given call to action to be eligible. Only one Facebook account per person is eligible.
2. PRIZE and APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: One (1) prize will be awarded. Each prize includes one (1) Grado Labs SR80e APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): $99. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. 
3. DATES: The Giveaway will run from January 13th through January 20th, 2015. One winner will be selected on January 21, 2015.
4. ENTRY FOR DRAWING: Entries may be earned in the following way:RANDOM DRAWING: For the end date of the drawing, Grado Labs will select a winner randomly from among all eligible entries. Grado Labs’ decisions as to the administration and operation of the Giveaway and the selection of the Winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
5. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
    
   1. Follow the set rules given by Grado Labs and complete all necassery 'call-to-actions' to enter
   2. If the Giveaway takes place through an app, also follow the set rules given by Grado Labs there (i.e. Facebook page app.)
       
6. WINNER SELECTION: Drawing Winner must meet the Eligibility requirements detailed in section 1. Drawing Winner is responsible for providing contact information to Grado Labs, for the purpose of notifying Grado Labs of prize.
7. ODDS: Odds of winning any random drawing will depend on the number of valid entries received during the applicable Entry Period.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Each Drawing Winner will be notified via email or social network. It is the Entrant's sole responsibility to contact Grado Labs to collect Prize.
